Refund and Returns Policy

Effective within 30 days of purchase. Please review the full policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities.


Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The tamperproof serial number must remain intact and unmodified.
  • Software products are non-returnable.

A completed online Return Authorization Request and an issued RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number are required for all returns. Returns without RMA will experience delays or may be rejected.

If the return process is not followed, please contact us to clarify the return status, reason, and eligibility.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection. If approved, a credit will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds may be rejected if:

  • The returned item does not match the original shipment.
  • The item shows signs of use or damage.
  • The return reason does not align with the returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after approval:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company – it may take time before your refund posts.
  • Contact your bank – processing delays can occur.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and not eligible for return or refund.

Important Notes:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs (non-refundable).
  • We are not liable for courier errors, lost items, or damage during transit.
  • Use trackable and insured shipping for high-value items.
  • All returns will be tested. A restocking fee ($25 or 25%, whichever is greater) applies to items not found defective.

Duties, Taxes, and Fees on Returns

All duties, tariffs, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by customs or third parties upon the return of any item are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any such fees incurred by Source I.T. Inc. will be deducted from the refund amount before processing. Refunds will only reflect the net value after these deductions.

Return Shipping Costs

Source I.T. Inc. does not cover return shipping costs for any reason. Customers are fully responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment, including choosing a reliable, trackable carrier and ensuring the item is properly packaged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

By initiating a return, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
